This page covers three things: who I am as a publisher, how I disclose my positions, and where conflicts of interest could exist. Read it once. Everything I publish should be read with this page in mind.

1. Not Investment Advice

Undiscovered Compounders is an editorial publication. I’m not a registered investment advisor, broker, or fund manager, and I don’t manage anyone’s money. Nothing I publish is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

What I publish is my opinion, based on my own research and my own positions at the time of writing. Your situation isn’t mine. Your goals, your risk tolerance, your time horizon, your tax position: I don’t know any of it. The decision and its consequences stay with you.

Investing in equities carries real risk, especially in the small and micro cap end of the market. You can lose part or all of your invested capital. Past performance, including everything shown on the Live Portfolio page, doesn’t predict future returns. The price of any security I cover can drop sharply at any moment, sometimes to zero. Don’t invest money you can’t afford to lose.

Before acting on anything I write, do your own due diligence. If you need personalized advice, talk to a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

2. Conflict of Interest

Undiscovered Compounders is fully independent. Paid subscriptions are the only revenue source for this publication.

I don’t accept sponsored content, paid promotions, or any form of compensation from companies I write about (or could one day write about). I don’t run anyone’s money. I don’t hold pre-IPO or private equity stakes in companies that could later become public. I don’t receive products, trips, data subscriptions, or any other in-kind benefit from companies I cover.

The only financial interest I have in any company I write about is the position I hold or might take in it. That position is disclosed under the Position Disclosure Policy above.

If you reply to my emails or ask me about a specific name in the chat, I may share my opinion on that name. I will not give you personalized buy or sell recommendations based on your situation. I don’t know your situation, and even if I did, I’m not registered or qualified to advise you on it. Treat anything I say in those channels exactly like anything I publish: opinion, not a recommendation.

If any of this is unclear, or you think I should clarify something, reply to any email. I’d rather over-disclose than have you misunderstand what I’m doing.
